I had a problem with my belly fat and  I want it to disappear 
I tried a lot of exercises and I think I figured out what works for burn belly fat faster
so if you try it should give you a good result too

1 - jumping rope 

jumping rope is a classic exercise that makes all your bodywork gather and the more 
body move the more fat you burn two days ago I saw the video for a guy who tries to lose
his body fat just by rope jumping he did 2000 rep every day but you will not do this you 
had to try it just for 10 minutes a day combined with the other exercises.


2 -  leg raises

lie down on your back and do leg raises is good exercises for your midsection and your 
lower abs burn fat around your belly fat 


3 - fast run 

run fast is ideal for burning body fat and it moves a big group of muscles 
leg muscle is a big group if you want to burn more calories.


4 - punches combination 

punch combination is great to move your upper body arms and waist and shoulders 
doing 15 minutes of boxing combination jab, uppercut, and hook with some footwork
you're lead you to get your goal for burning fat

5 -  morning cardio 

HIIT cardio in the morning should burn more fat cause your insulin level is low 
and body turns in to burn fat more faster when you had an empty stomic workout

6 - fast walking

fast walking is a good one to burn more extra body fat it just steps you 
walk every day

7 - combined exercises

combined exercises are ideal for burn a lot of calories per session 
try squat, deadlift, and overpress mixed it and do it for 20 minutes
it should be enough to burn belly fat
